This great event was celebrated on May 24, at the Municipal Coliseum of San Pablo de Borbur, where different personalities met, presenting artisanal samples, typical products representative of the region by the network of associations of traditional miners.
Barequeros, artisans and emerald merchants from the municipalities of Muzo, San Pablo de Borbur, Quípama, Maripi, La Victoria and Chanche, showed their best products for the entire assistant community.
Among the attendees stand out, Mr. Representative by Boyacá Hector Ortiz, the President of Fedesmeraldas Óscar Baquero, who intervened in favor of the tradition of the guaquería.
Finally, Esmeraldas Santa Rosa is in favor of this type of event, supporting the entire population of the region with the best practices of right, serious and responsible mining.
